I understand totally where you are coming from Karen and Sparkle. I'm on a computer from 6am in a morning here and then at work from 7am. I have limited dialup of course but it is mostly all devoted to the board. It is difficult to keep up the passion when Billy is so quiet, I agree. But then we have some lovely ladies here and it's a pure joy for me communicating with them in whatever form.

He's made a few indie films, but nothing that gives him lots of publicity. Seems that his only public appearances seem to be at cons which feature LOTR. And then there was this little secret item called Jack; I'm sure that put lots of his fans off completely! Um abrao, Lynne "Put on your big-girl panties and deal with it!"

If he isn't choosing to do big projects then so be it. He made his intentions known when he finished with Rings that he intended to stay in Scotland for the greatest part. And yes, he's a father now. It hasn't made any difference to how I feel about him, but again I can understand people's feelings. Albane, you are a star, and your English is great.

We appreactiate your loyalty and support for Billy as he does what is best for him and us as we try to honor and support him! I have to admire the guy for trying to be there for his infant son, how can anyone blaim him for that? I try not to be too selfish (although it is hard) and understand that he is a REAL man afterall, who has a family now and he should be respected for his honorable choice to want to be near his son while he is so tiny. I would like to work on another fic, but I need the right idea to pop into my head. And as I will never have the money to attend any of the conventions and concerts, especially the ones in Glasgow, I dont even look at those, because it just depresses me I will try to post responses more--I am hoping that the latest fics get worked on more, because there are so many wonderful authors here.

On a slightly off tangent note what neither Penny or myself will stand on here, and of course we have said it before, is bashing of Billy, his choices and the people he loves.

Although some seem to think they do and they are entitled to their opinions, as we all are. However trashing Billy and the people he loves is just not gonna happen here. I am glad there is an outlet for it if you feel the need to for some reason, it's just not here. I have no problem with respectivly disagreeing with what Billy does, I personally dont see it, most of the fans here are here to show their love and support for him.
