Even though we are still the most active Billy site and I believe we still bring you all the latest Billy news, pictures and info first, our posts have been dwindling. We have seen too many other fan sites just disappear and be neglected. We are not sure if it is just Billy's fandom in general that is just growing away or if it is something we are doing or NOT doing to keep you interested and posting here! What makes a board like this work and succeed is YOU! This is not a regular site where you just go and read and leave. This is a forum board and it depends on your thoughts and comments to stay alive and exciting. I thought a suggestion box would be a good idea. Please feel free to offer constructive critisim, ideas or anything you think would improve our board. While the Billy news may be slow, what would make this a more interesting board for you? Having said that I also think sometimes (prob when news is thin on the ground) that theres not alot to say/add thats not been said before but I do enjoy lots of the board and always like a good read before bed in the het fic (sorry girls slash just doesnt do it for me ) now if Elaine would just stop hogging the one I gave her months back youd all get a chance to read a new one!!!LOL sorry love I know youre busy,or is it you just dont want to share !! (only jokeing ,British sense of humour again)

Seriously the FF has been very neglected of late but I personally got very disheartened by lack of posting response and I know a few other writers felt the same way. There are threads on here that I very rarely go on like books and music but then I am an oddity? Does anybody want to see us delete a thread or add more if we can? If so what would you like to see. What about the Brothel? DO those that are old enough go on it much? New ideas are always welcome

As for the brothel I dont have the password and Im old enough(just!) but to be honest it doesnt really bother me ,I tend to like to keep those sort of thoughts to myself but thats just me. You know I reckon something that made me hold back joining was that my first reaction on finding this board was Oh my God theres more than just me likes him! Silly I realise now but it was almost a " but hes mine" thing ! Its ok Im fine with shareing now! LOL

I love this board and even though I've been a member less than a month now, I enjoy the comments, the pictures, and most of all I enjoy the community. It's nice to see familiar names and it makes me feel like I'm part of a group of people who are just as much as a Billy fan as I am. I also belong to Orlando's board as well and I have to say it's like a ghost town there compared to here. Also this board has a nice warm feel to it. I think you guys are doing a great job and I look forward to it everyday. As far as anything new, I think it all depends on what Billy is doing. We can't make him come out of the house (even though we'd love it) or do another movie. All we can do is wait for him to show up in whatever he does. And I also think everyone does a nice job telling everyone else about it. But honestly and truly I feel all of you guys are doing a great job keeping us informed of what's new. Also I look forward to seeing something new everyday even if it's a comment from a previous post. OK so it wasn't much of a suggestion but more of an appreciation. Aurora

I know both Elaine and I work very hard searching for news and pictures and info and also try to keep the board updated and interesting with fun posts and new ideas for when it gets slow! I''ve been without internet access at my current house because i'm moving into another and won't be able to move in until Sunday. I have dial up, and my phone got shut off today and transferred to the new place. I've been logging on at work, where i don't always have time to post but want to keep up to date on things and am right now at my parents house using their computer for internet access until Sunday.I'll think of some suggestions because you girls are like my other family and i haven't been posting much in the brothel or games like i used to just because of the sudden circumstances in my life right now, am short on time, food, money and sleep, haha. As you know I don't come here near as often as I sued to, but the BB is still bookmarked for me and I try to get here every couple of days or at least once a week. It seems like every time I go to other boards or whatever I run into mean people who shout you down or stupid little teenagers (no offense to the teens on the board!) who just want to play games and not talk about the topic at hand. Or worse, trolls (and you guys have done such a fantastic job at keeping those out!). I come here as a haven from those other places, to remind myself that yes, Virginia, there are nice people on the internet! I still love and adore Billy but as I said in the 'dwindling fandom' thread, it's hard to keep up the passion when I haven't seen him in anything for the longest time. As for the board itself, I don't really have any suggestions (the contest thing is a nice idea but i went kinda sour on those when Becks was still running the board. She ran a contest and left it open for about 8 months; I contributed [it was a writing contest about Billy] and when I finally asked her about it she really snipped at me! I left her alone after that and shortly thereafter she left the board for good--never picking a winner. Seemed kinda pointless and like I said, it kinda soured me on contests on boards.). Except maybe find a way to tell people that it's ok to just come on here to talk about anything, even if you don't have something to say that is Billy related. shrugs Sorry, i know that didn't help much. I can't think of anything more to add to the site -- it already has a forum for just about everything I can think of that we might want to talk about. And you all are so good about coming up with fun and interesting off-topic subjects. I know I don't post here as much as others do and there are a few reasons for that. Like Sparkle said, it's sometimes hard to maintain the passion when there is so little Billy activity going on. It's so much easier when there's something specific to talk about. But also, in my job I write a lot of emails and other communications, so at night I usually just want to turn my brain off. Consequently, during the week I mostly just read what you gals have written, and don't really post much of anything until the weekend.
