BBB Virgin (0-500 Posts) Posts: 9 09/15/09 17:24:36	Hey ladies! I'm going to try to make it, just not sure if the budget will allow. I'm almost tempted to drive from Chicago! Regarding airports, La Guardia (LGA) is usually better getting in/out of the city than JFK (just my past experience!). Make sure to get a verbal price from the cab driver when getting one at the airport or they will try to hose you Also, Hotel 17 in SoHo is great. I know you all are looking at another hotel, but if it's booked, I thought I would throw that out..just in case :) It's small & has the shared baths but it is safe, clean & close to Joe's Pub. The walk isn't bad at all.
