BBB Virgin (0-500 Posts) Posts: 246 04/24/07 17:20:14	Tags : None Hey guys, Just wanted to show my elation of finally seeing 'On a clear day' yesterday after work. It was quite a surprise!!! I just turned it to the movie channels to see what was on while I was eating dinner and BAM! it just started. I was also a bit perturbed cause my sis just left and she had wanted to see it too. I ran around trying to look for a tape and could not find one to record it...plus was trying to call her on her cell and everytime I started dialing 3 people called me interrupting my calls. So by the time I got a hold of her I was crying - mostly from missing Billy on T.V. and 'sorry' for my sis - for missing the movie. She started babbling and said she would be home in 1/2 hour! And the worst part it was not coming back on!!! (I acted this way cause our video store - does not carry the movie!) Now concerning the movie... Well I caught most of the start - and I saw the good pieces...Billy in the shower...and Billy nearly drowing, Billy putting his hand down his pants!! hehehehe - the crazy boat accident - all of it!!! It was a great movie and loved the end with the Father and son moment. I loved that Billy was the comic relief for the movie - he was soooo cute!!! I wonder how old he was supposed to play since he asked that young girl out - though he didn't look much older than her. Thanks for letting me share!! Dominic Monaghan: We hate how much we like each other. We're good friends you know. It's not too difficult to be friends with someone when you're having such a great time. There's kind of an unspoken thing that goes on between us now. Are you and Billy a couple? Dom: Yes! So that means you're gay? Dom: No! Are you bisexual? Dom: No! Then what you are you? I loved the boat scene where Danny ended up on the beach with the boat and casually walked away from it, giving a nearby kid some change to watch it for him. Priceless!!!

Billy Devotee (501 - 2000 Posts) Posts: 1118 04/30/07 12:24:22	Oh yeah! It's such a terrific movie. Everyone does such a great job -- Frank and all his mates, Joan and her bus driving lessons, poor conflicted Rob -- everyone acts their pants off. LOL. About the third time I watched it, I noticed how much green is in the movie. Almost every scene has something green in it. (Sometimes it's just a gorgeous close-up of Billy's gorgeous green eyes!) And green is the color of hope. And the movie's about hope, in a way. So I had to watch it a fourth time, just to be sure there was green everywhere. LOL

So that was nice. The ship launch still makes me laugh when I watch it. The reason being that that was an actual ship launch and it turned into something of a disaster. The ship slipped it's moorings I believe and crashed into a wall.

Billy Devotee (501 - 2000 Posts) Posts: 1515 03/20/08 18:03:30 Keeper of Billy's Wonder Woman costume	I saw this movie recently, in fact I had to order it from amazon cause here is unexistant, I couldn't even find it in my last shopping trip to Miami! My friend got me The Flying Scotsman though but no.. Nothing so I ended up paying more for import fees and delivery than the movie itself but it totally worthed it. It was a really good movie and I actually liked it more than The Flying Scotsman, I really enjoyed it and it really give me a warm fuzzy feeling in the end. Billy does a great job of course, all the cast I must say. I loved all the characters but Frank's son cause he was rather whiny IMO, the twins were adorable and so did Danny, the movie was well done and it was an eyefest. The landscapes and the shots were rather pristine. I can't wait to see it again cause since it arrived I only had managed to see it once thanks to work! Winning a fight over the internet is like winning a Gold Medal in the Special Olympics.. Yes you might have won but in the end you're still RETARDED.

They were all excellent. The little boys who played the twins had never acted before and I thought they were really good, especially in the scenes with Jamie Sives who played Rob.

Have you watched it with Gabby's commentary yet? She is a bit drony and goes on a bit, but she has so many interesting and nice things to say about Billy. It was interesting to hear that so much of what he did was improvised, including the handstand in the water, and the bit in the library with the cheese and tomato baguette. Poor Billy. Will he ever get over the trauma of the pink knickers? LOL. I need to drag my copy out again.
