Resigned - can't quite get on top of all of the aches &/or burning...wish the medicine could work faster. Reminder to self they are doing all they can...wish things could have been sorted out sooner, years ago in fact. It's just the way things were supposed to go for me apparently. 'Sorry for self' moment, hopefully now completed.

This co-worker of mine, Iris, was one of the poorest excuses I knew as a nurse.... And has been a Thorn in my side for years. She was lazy and uncaring towards the residents, and mean and intimidating to the aides. I was even injured doing CPR because she had a habit of "disappearing" during a crisis...leaving me and an aide to continue til the squad arrived. Everytime they tried to do something about her, she'd scream discrimination..and refuse to sign or acknowlege she did anything wrong She had the facility walking on eggshells. FINALLY, they had enough proof, brought a lawyer in on it... And fired her. (Oh Happy Day!!) Constance ...

She was not a nurse, but worked in the hospital in a ward clerk/secretarial sort of position. Suffice it to say it took awhile (far too long in my book) but eventually she crossed a line that couldn't be ignored, and she was not only fired, but escorted from the facility by the FBI. What a mess...
