Hugs Elaine, Will be thinking of you. BLAH if I still have this tight cough on Tuesday well I'm off to the docs, it makes me so tired, I cough all day, at
night I put on the humidifier and I thought that was suppose to loosen it when I sleep, well I guess it doesn't not yet. Bleh. This is tiring, still a bit
stuffy.
 Sometimes its like when I breath I cough, sounds like a
barking dog actually. like croup. *hugs all* I'll be fine, I hope.

My brother and sister in law are at the hospital at the moment. I am just sitting by the phone to be honest. My brother has phoned me just with a small
update. Mum is off the oxegen and a little more aware. They have taken bloods to try and determine if they are fighting a heart attack as well as the fluid
on her lungs. Because the ward only allows 2 visitors at a time I have to wait to go later. So I am just trying to keep myself busy, cleaning and on here. I
can't get logged into MS at the moment for some reason.

It's good to know she is resting more comfortably. These situations can be so multi-layered, &/or quite commonly, there is more than one particular
problem at a time.
The blood test results should be very helpful. Fingers crosses for you and her, Elaine. |

Trying to take care of some yard work this afternoon despite it being horrificly hot. One particular rosebush had become a menace to life and limb, thus I cut
it back drastically.
It had it's revenge, however, and got me good on one arm. Serves me right for letting it get so out of control I guess. Maybe by next weekend I can get it all where I want it...sigh. The cold I'm still fighting (one month tomrrow) has really set me back. Onward. P.S. Yardwork...

I haven't been on for a few days... I am so sorry, Elaine!! I can't imagine how difficultthis is for you. I hope by now you have had some news on the bloodwork, and you get some more information. The fact she is off the Oxygen is a good news. I guess in retrospect, it's a good thing she was at the care home when this happened. I'm sorry I wasn't here for you when it happened! I am going off to the hospital in a few minutes Connie. And yes it was a definate heart attack. I am just so grateful that the care home reacted as quickly
as they did.
