These two were rescue cats. But something will turn up I am sure.
Going to read up on the Fort Hood shooting. Dreadful news.

Hope the wedding goes well SIMAN. Have a good trip Jill. xx
My apologies for yesterday. I was busy into the afternoon, and then was invited out for what I thought was going to be a couple of hours, but turned out to be all evening. So I never got on here!!

Thanks Penny. I did.
Yesterday was just MAD!! I needed to get some old furniture moved to the council tip, so hired a van, and Jason and his Dad and friend came along to help out. The van cost £35 to hire, and you should have seen the state of it. Hardly any diesel in it, and covered on the inside with oil and grease. I was just thankful that I wasn't moving new furniture or a strong complaint would have gone in. So, anyway, we loaded up, and went down to the tip, to find out that we needed a permit to get rid of the stuff! Managed to get it sorted out, thank goodness. Now at last I have room to breath in the flat and can plan what I intend to do with the second bedroom. Milan soon! Roby!

You deserve to have some fun, Elaine!
I was able to get last night off by a strange turn of events... That left me free to look at bridesmaid and wedding dresses with my daughters and the various members of her bridal party. I'm not sure if I can take this....Amanda looked absolutely breathtaking in the gowns. What happened to my little girl??? I'd better take stock in some Kleenix...I have a feeling I'm gonna use alot in the next few months! Constance ...

Just to update you all.
Jaime ended up taking Grady in to the Dr. again this morning. His wheezing got really bad again last night. The Dr confirmed he has H1N1. Thankfully, he had the vaccine last week, so the Dr believes it will keep it a mild case. But because of his asthma history, he's keeping a close eye on him. He's on Tamiflu and an oral steroid plus nebulizer treatments every 4 hours. Poor widdle guy!!! As a "tier-1" responder, I was scheduled to get the vaccine at work this week...I guess it's all a moog point now. Constance ...

Oh wow, Connie. I hope he's better very soon! The steroid should really help.
The viruses are so much harder on the little ones. I was pulled forward at my job last week and given the H1N1 (because I'm immune suppressed). |
