Got 1.06" day before yesterday but, then again, we get most of our year's worth of rain this time of year. Yesterday only .02", cloudy most of
the day so the storms couldn't build in. Desert blue sky today, cool air, storm clouds building on Thunder Mountain.

Expecting the remnants of Dolly to get pulled up here. Last time that happened, I was commuting from NM to here & it was sooo beautiful to see the center
of circulation over the Chirauchauas. Heavy flooding expected....

NH just got hit with one today, a grandma watching her 3 m/o grand was killed; they pulled the baby out alive.
We just got hit after getting up to 90 today, more on the way. Dolly is coming to visit.

Apparently there is a storm cominng from the north and one coming from the south and they're going to meet near here. The one in the north has made quite a
mess of Whangarei and in Auckland. I'm scared shitless. I'm on the phone to mum waiting for the weather to come on.
