My name is Bill. I was born in Ayr (near Glasgow) and lived most of my life in Scotland. I'm now living on the beautiful island of Penang in Malaysia.

I first saw Billy in an episode of Taggart but of course he was wonderful in LOTR. I watched the Fellowship of the Rings again a few days ago and it was lovely to hear Billy's Scottish accent.
